Hub and Bespoke will be hosting another round of bicycle speed dates, this time for gay and lesbian singles. It will be pretty much the same setup as the first Slow Ride Speed Date, but for cyclists who ride on the same side of the street, so to speak. Once again spots will be limited, so if you or a single someone you know wants to participate, sign up early! Here are the details:
– Tuesday, October 4th. Meet at 5:45 p.m. at the shop; dating from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
– Each speed date will be about 3 to 4 minutes along a pre-set path.
– You must have a bike to participate!
– To sign up, email us at hubandbespoke at gmail.com and let us know your name and gender, then we’ll email you with additional details.

I recently finished building my Dodici track frame up and I hope that I can be the rider that it thinks I can be. I had the opportunity of riding in San Francisco last week- we went down for the Bicycle Film Festival and to see family and friends. Images will be uploaded soon, as well as a recap- until then, you can get a basic idea about what went down through this little edit.
I got back in town just after the 2011 WHBPC took place. Thankfully there are some highlights here for those of us that couldn’t make it. Congrats to the winners- as well as to the Seattle polo community for putting together what sounded like a ton of fun.
Set to release on 1/13. This is going to be something. What are your thoughts? Either way, I’m sure there will be a bunch of us bike geeks that watch anything with two wheels there to watch it unfold.
Cycling should be left to trained professionals. Like Joey. A stuntman when not racing bikes, sometimes he does things to keep life interesting. Things like this.
That said. Joey is a great guy, a super strong rider- riding a Traitor Cross Crusade like me! And suffered no major injuries through his showboating.
Love you Joey!
