It’s been awhile since we’ve had any major design changes around here, and – with things about to get really busy with the Nine to Five and Tour de Watertower on the horizon – I figured if I didn’t do it now it would probably wait until Fall. Winner of the Grand Jury Prize at the 2011 Cannes Film Festival, this deeply moving new film by the Dardenne brothers (L’enfant, Rosetta) delves into the emotional life of troubled 11-year-old Cyril (newcomer Thomas Doret), who, abandoned by his father, obsessively tries to find his bicycle- after all, his father must have cared about him enough not to sell that off, he reasons.

Rapha teams up with Antony Crook to produce this inspiring and artistic short film. It’s also worth noting that the writer is James Bowthorpe, a long-distance cyclist.
