Tacoma, WA native Gary Ellis “The Lumberjack”!
Register at Gas Works Park at 2pm and race at 3pm sharp.
This race/ride has proven to be a blast for ladies on two wheels the last two years, you wont want to miss it. Whether you are racing to win or just for fun, its sure to be a great time. The mountain of prizes and 80 degree weather don’t hurt either…
This is pretty great, Burd (of track standing video fame) and his son Nolan following in his footsteps. Raise your kids right, raise them on bikes.
You can donate to a solid cause that some of our Seattle friends are involved in. Check out the Needle Gate Project
Here is a fun little video from the folks over at Grist. “Biking basics for folks who’ve always wanted to ride, but didn’t dare.”
An interesting “Share The Road” campaign video. Norwegians are strange.
Continually blowing minds with riding and choice of lines. Good on ya Danny.
Were you one of those kids that was always asking teachers for extra credit while your classmates were too busy calculating the trajectories required to get pencils lodged in the ceiling? How sad, but we got something right up your alley. If you plan to ride this year’s Nine to Five All-Night Scavenger Hunt – and you really should, a pre-register, too! – be sure you keep an eye on the Facebook event page for the opportunity to get some points for your team before the ride even starts. Don’t worry if you can’t, no one is going to win or lose on the kind of points we’ll be handing out. But it might give you time for an extra sip of your coffee come the big night.
Don’t forget to pre-register to be sure you get food and a shirt (especially if you enjoy things in the right size)!
